Image
Recipe: Chinese Style Pork Strips Slice and dice a red onion and a pepper, also cut up a bunch of spring onions, and thinly cut up a few cloves of garlic. Add to a large sauce pan and fry off, along with some salt and pepper, also some paprika. Add to the pan some strips of pork. After about 15 mins add an egg cup full of red wine vinegar, soy sauce and apple juice. Bring to the boil and then simmer for a further 15 minutes, then turn the heat off, leave covered. As with all one pan dishes, time is your friend. Leave for around 4 hours to a day. When ready to eat, bring to the boil again and simmer for 20 minutes. To serve cook some microwave rice or maybe even some rice noodles. Enjoy your meal 😊 Here is the full recipe list 1 red onion 1 bunch spring onions 1 pepper 1 pack pork strips 3 cloves of garlic Egg cup full soy sauce Egg cup full red wine vinegar Egg cup full apple sauce To season add salt, pepper and paprika Serve with rice or rice noodles

Recipe: Sausage Casserole

Recipe: Sausage Casserole Fry up some sausages in a frying pan, also fry up a little onion. In a casserole dish put a tin of baked beans and add some tomato puree and soy sauce, mix it up and at this point also add some garlic (a clove of freshly chopped, granules or ground) and some ground pepper, mix these together. Chop up a potato in its skin into small chunks, add the chunks to baked beans along with a cup (or half a mug) of water, mix together and add the sausages and onions. Cook in the oven for about an hour on grass mark 6. You could do this in a slow cooker or maybe an air fryer. Serve on its own or with a nice side salad. Enjoy!
