People seem to quick to point the finger of blame at the Government.  I have seen posts on social media saying #DrakefordOut,  it is not his fault. The spread lies with people going to others homes, this can't be policed so you must take the needed precautions to protect your self. The hospitality industry needs to re-open, this can be policed, so people can be protected.  I can see this, so why can't others? Those in power in the UK need to realise this, at the same time people have to use their brains, and follow the rules in place.

On the night of Friday 6th in to the early hours of Saturday 7th November , started a nasty period for me, this is how it unfolded in real time of then.... Friday , had a really bad night, was woken up at 3am, not by my cat, but chronic pain still got some now but it is easing ( at time of typing this on Saturday ), I hate it when it hits, really stops me dead, Its like tingling through my nerves, get sounds in my head, throbbing in my back, skin goes uggy and itchy. A little better today ( at time of typing this on Sunday ) thank goodness. Bit flushed but I'm improving, will never be 100% ever, but far better than yesterday. Was hardly 2% on Saturday, Sunday however about 40% so still a long way to go. Will push myself to step out side later for a bit. (Today - Monday ) feel about 70% which is almost normal. I have been down to about 30% I guess before, never down to where I was in the early hours on Saturday morning. I tried to keep it all together and managed it. Dark room, kee

 So here's a blog update, long time since a readable text one that I thought I better had. A lot of talk has been going around on the upcoming vaccine. Due to my health (on regular injection for my back which lowers my immune system), I am prone to catching things and ending up in hospital, as long as the vaccine has been tested I will have it, I'm not sure my body would cope with Covid, the damage it can do internally. My body barely got over pneumonia, my lungs never fully recovered.  The injection for my back lowers my immune system, and it don't even make things better, it prevents it getting worse, but it won't get better. They won't even attempt an operation as I'm not bad enough. I am stuck in an agonising rut, with no view of getting out of it. Same goes with my neck, and a trapped nerve. I can be in agony with it on and off. When it starts I am in great pain and also get numbness, right down the arm and around the upper back, neck and shoulder areas. It

 Well a bit of a catch up on things with me. My back has been playing up as normal, but also my left leg. Not to sure what is wrong with it but between the hip and knee it hurts to stand or walk on ot, something creaks and makes horrid sounds when attempting to get up or down stairs or any incline. About a week or so ago I went down to East Anglia to Ipswich for a bit of a strolld memory lane, and then to Colchester where had a meal 'Eat Out To Help Out' in an establishment called 'Mirra', quality food and first class service from fantastic staff, the standard in there alone makes me want to revisit the area again. FinallyhFinally, Ia kitten in my life now, little Smokie, he is as cute as can be. It's about my left eye this time. For the past month I have had a floater in my eye. Went to Specsavers first, they referred me to the Rapid Access Clinic for Eyes (RACE for short), they referred me to the Diabetic Eye Clinic who I went to see this past Monday. They have decided they want to zap my left eye with a laser to fix the problem. I can't say I'm not worried about the whole thing because I am, but the one thing I am concerned about is not being able to drive ever again, as not being able to drive will take my independence away from me, making me housebound as there is no way I can go on public transport, and I won't rely on friends to get me to places, my life will be over as I know it.

As well as having Ankylosing Spondylitis and carpal tunnel syndrome - which are both bad enough to have to live with! Yesterday I had a telephone consultation with a spinal specialist at Morriston Hospital (due to the COVID-19 lock down this seems to be the new normal), he said I have problems with bone wear and disc problem which is causing a trapped nerve which is causing the pain and problems I am having, along with bone growths. Reading the letter he sent me it says; "The MRI scan from 18 months ago shows a degree of cervical spondylosis at C6/7 with some impingement of the C7 nerve roots which is probably transiently causing these nurological symptoms" In the information leaflet that was sent with it, it says; " Numbness, clumsiness and weakness in arms and legs are likely due to pressure on the spinal cord in the neck. Not done much to start the year. Not really moved forward with any of my big plans as of yet. Been in agony with my back, partly thanks to the damp weather, it seems to affect my condition, amplifying the aches and pains I already have. It really gets me down, and traps me inside even more. Looking out in to the gloomy weather, having to put the heating on and lights so I can see what I am doing. I really hate it. I know the injections I am on are only to stop the condition worsening, and I think they are actually doing their job.
