I've had to edit some of my blogs, won't go in to the reason. Most posts remain, BUT HAVE BEEN EDITED. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A POST MESSAGE ME! 

My life going forward will be very different.  I'm going to concentrate on getting back in to employment, a move WILL have to happen as finding anything media related in the UK is near on impossible.

Staying where I am isn't going to cut it any more.

If the government are going to be stopping disability benefits, then I need to act before it happens.

Fibro still massive part of problems I face.

 SA RADIO LIVE is coming! From 30th September 2024 at 7am, Swansea's TRULLY local radio station will be SA RADIO LIVE. The station will feature ex-Swansea Sound and The Wave presenters, along with some of the current Radio Tircoed presentation team. Join Shaun Tilley for Breakfast and Steve Dewitt mid-mornings from 30th September.  Other voices from the past include Griff Harries, Siany, Leighton Jones, Mark Powell, Matthew Morrissey, James Lewis, Smithy, Mike Menner, Chris Harper, Karl Burtonshaw and more! You can also continue to hear Dave Hixson, Dave O'Rourke, Serious Jones, Mike Lewis and others currently on Radio Tircoed. I will also continue to host In The Groove on a Saturday Night, in a new time slot of 10pm until 1am. I will also be cropping up at other times of the week as I fill in for those who need time off from their shows! Recipe: Turkey Mince and Veg

 Turkey Mince and Veg This idea come from a few weeks ago, when I was in Tesco and saw minced beef with butternut squash already mixed in to it. First of all chop up some spring onions and three cloves of garlic, gently fry these in a big pan. Add in to this some chives, parsley, salt and pepper. Break up some turkey mince (you can use any other kind you want, I just went for turkey as it was the cheapest at the time) and add this to the pan. At this stage I added some paprika and 2 Oxo cubes. Add to this some swede and carrott mash, mix this in to the mince. Once the mince has begun to brown add a whole tim of chopped tomatos and mix well. Bring it to the boil and simmer for 15 mins, making sure it don't stick. Turn the heat off and keep the lid on. The built up heat will keep cooking the mince and veg. You can serve this up with whole grain rice or maybe some cous cous. I use the microwave pouches as they are more convenient.
