Another month, here we go..., just want to start by saying... Happy St. David's Day Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus 1st : I should get up, very achy this morning, I over did pottering about yesterday. 6pm - In agony this evening, pain at level that has stopped me in my tracks, need to get my recycling put out too. 2nd : Hips and lower back in agony this morning... Must get out of bed to get to my pain killers and cbd oil. None left by the side of my bed. 3rd : I should get out of bed, a bit achy, and going out today to somewhere, don't know where or on what roads either. Do want to go somewhere I've not been but that practically rules out lots of places within striking distance of a day out! 4th : But tired, and neck hurts. Managed to get out in to garden to potter about, but that was cut short when I got a thorn in a finger by the side of a finger nail, only little, but brought a stop to what I was doing. Bed early. 5th : Bit achy today, but must head out as I need to ...

1st : Another new month. I nodded off about 5pm yesterday, woke at 11:30pm, nodded back off at just after midnight, just woke again. Bit achy this morning, but need to get sorted as have to do tip run with friend at about 10:30am for 11am booking, need to get there for 10am I guess. When you hit a pot hole and do yourself a mischief - back, neck and shoulder pain made worse, you think exercise will help it but no, so a rest will have to be tried instead. Not feeling the best this evening so off for an early night. In sheer agony and feeling sick with it. Nighty night everyone 😔 2nd : Not feeling too good, upset stomach and very achy, that better improve. Things to do later, so must push through. Only I can sneeze and put my back out 😩 had things to do outside this afternoon too. Well I managed to move my tubs outside ahead of the wind that is due from tomorrow until early hours of Tuesday, though my back is now even more achy. 3rd : Not too good but better than yesterday,...
