1st : Made it through January, that dragged for sure. Slept in today, well it was Sunday. A little achy, nothing too bad. Was in bed by 8pm, and watched some Rizzoli and Isles on Amazon Prime Video. 2nd : 4:40am - Woken up very itchy, feels awful, want to scrape out the inside of the bones in my arms and left hip ... damn fibro flare up. 7am - I try to get out of bed for a pee and my left knee plays up... damn it. Was in bed early this evening. 3rd : I should get out of bed, but am so snug under the duvet... Feeling a bit achy, hips and shoulders mostly. 4th : Bit of a meh day, feeling a little achy and totally meh. 5th : 6:30am - Feeling down today, just feel like a bed day, but need to get up for my tablets. I aching from head to toe, and feel very itchy, plus irritable. 8:50am - Guess I should try to get the day moving. Need to try this magnesium spray that is supposed to help woth aching joints. 6th : Very achy, things I must get done today, here's hoping a show...

What can I say about the Back To The Future - The Musical but... AWSOME! It really is an amazing musical. It's based on the first film. Some of the music you will recognise, but some music was specially written for it. The visual effects are just mind blowing, especially with the car. Something so fantastic happens at the end with the car, I don't want to spoil it for those planning on going. The casting is just amazing, the actor that plays George McFly, Marty's father (Orlando Gibbs) is perfect, also the actor that plays Doc Brown (Cory English) who apparently has only been in the role for two years, and Marty (played by Vasco Emauz), there is a number of Michael J Fox-isms in there. Apparently there will be about another year of it at The Adelphi theatre in London before it sets off around the world including on a cruise liner and at some point Japan.
