1st : Made it through January, that dragged for sure. Slept in today, well it was Sunday. A little achy, nothing too bad. Was in bed by 8pm, and watched some Rizzoli and Isles on Amazon Prime Video. 2nd : 4:40am - Woken up very itchy, feels awful, want to scrape out the inside of the bones in my arms and left hip ... damn fibro flare up. 7am - I try to get out of bed for a pee and my left knee plays up... damn it. Was in bed early this evening. 3rd : I should get out of bed, but am so snug under the duvet... Feeling a bit achy, hips and shoulders mostly. 4th : Bit of a meh day, feeling a little achy and totally meh. 5th : 6:30am - Feeling down today, just feel like a bed day, but need to get up for my tablets. I aching from head to toe, and feel very itchy, plus irritable. 8:50am - Guess I should try to get the day moving. Need to try this magnesium spray that is supposed to help woth aching joints. 6th : Very achy, things I must get done today, here's hoping a show...

FIBRO & BLOOD PRESSURE  Every now and again my doctor asks me to keep a check on my blood pressure. I've woken up a number of nights in pain due to fibromyalgia ramping things up. One night I decided, as my BP testing machine was by the side of my bed, decided to see what it was doing. To be clear I didn't get out of bed, I gently sat up and reached for the BP machine and tested it. 22 APRIL 136 / 85 Does fibro raise the blood pressure, I will test again when it wakes me next. 23 APRIL 135 / 84 In agony again this morning after not looking stening to my body and pushing myself too far... again   24 APRIL 137 / 86 At rest following a day of being hectic, in agony and can't seem to push on with things 2 MAY 128 / 83 Decided to test again since struggling to get out of bed today 26 MAY 133 / 81
