Here we go, in to June, the year is really flying by! As we start the 6th month of 2026.
Should be the start of Summer today, but the weather isn't playing right. 
So, June.... the older I get the quicker the months seem to go by, yet how come some days drag? There's something to ponder..., let me know if you feel the same.

1st: Same old aches and pains, thumping headache to go with them. My left hip is playing up big time after missing a stair yesterday. Got dentist today, so guess I should get up.

  1st November 2022: Not much changes with the month, aches and pains continue. My eye is still a blur, no real sign of improvement, which is really pissing me off now big time. I'm supposed to be driving down to Surrey on 20th December to dog sit, at this moment in time I fear I won't be doing that. EDIT: I've been passed for driving, given the all clear by a field vision test So fed up with life, fed up of not being able to go places driving my self.  22nd November: For a while now, a number of years, I've been sick at least once a day. Not sure why, but there is no pattern to it, no set time of day. It's annoying, and a bit worrying, I also hear my stomach and intestines making noises. On top of this my left eye is still all a blur. 29th November: So as another month comes to an end, I am due to start more zapping of laser this time on my right eye (when my left one isn't clear to see out of yet!). John England

John England was father to Philip and Gill,  and grandfather to Luke, Cody and Crystal.   He was born in February 1943 in Uxbridge,  but sadly passed away in September 2025 in Llanelli. In his life he was a delivery driver who delivered beverages to the Queen Mother, was a green grocer and also a wood machinist, and went door to door selling Kleeneze products too.  He will be missed by all those in his life. My sister worked wonders for after the funeral, and I want to tgank her and my brother in law, as well as the kids and everyone that came to the funeral and the after part too. A new month, July, half way through the year, nothing really changes much 1st : Hot and humid day, feeling like crap. Read all about humidity and fibro at http://www.itsmyblog.me.uk/2025/06/high-humidity-fibromyalgia.html 2nd : Fresher today thank goodness but feeling drained, more sleep needed. 3rd : Been awake since 3am, damn Fibro 😩 must push on with the day, Nero day today, must get my tablets done, and next week must order them before going away the following week dog & cat sitting. 4th : Neck and shoulders achy today and lower part off back. Looked out of the window of the bedroom and noticed my marigold plants had fallen over. 5th : Feeling tired today, hardly.no energy, but achy too, nothing too bad. 6th : Lower back and left hip sending shooting pains up my back again - damn it, really hurts and gets me when least expected.
