Due to disabilities both mentally with anxiety, physically with mobility issues due to Ankylosyn Spondylitis and the constant pain, I have to plan everything to the last detail. From getting to the airport, getting through the airport and on to the plane, then at the other end getting off the plane theough the air port to the hire car. As you know, I always print off things such as directions and other inportant info. So just over two months since I decided it's high time I visited Bill and Kelvin out in Austria, there is just over 24 hours to go. Setting off Wednesday at about 2am, it is currently 8:35pm as I type this on Monday evening. Tomorrow my plan of attack is to make sure I double check all the important paperwork and downloaded things, doing my injections early this week, this will balance out as next wee...

A new month.... How did that happen? October here we go then; holiday to Austria month - how will tge new month start? Who knows? Let's see shall we? 1st : Not feeling too good this morning, very achy and feeling sick with it, left arm feels like a dead weight - hope that eases!. Eye department from hospital phoned, said I had appointment for 22nd October - can't make that so had to tell them I couldn't. 2nd : Feeling very sick and a bit gassy, very achy too. Hips and lower back are in agony, and my left knee just went very weak on attempting to get out of bed... Not a good start to the day... and a slow one at that too. Update - as the day went on started feeling more and more down. Found out this afternoon Juliet's brother had passed away on 30th September. 3rd : Feeling very down and headachy. Must get out of bed and sorted, got my flu jab this morning at 9:20am at SA1 surgery. On trying to get out of bed, knee is weak, I really must keep one walking stic...

Let's do September then..... 1st:  New month, and no change. Feeling very down and very achy too. As it comes up to the anniversary of my father's passing on the 5th, I didn't really expect anything less, I just have to try to do what I can when I can. EDIT - Still in bed, went to get out of it and my knee went weak, so been doing some exercises. It took a while but FINALLY managed it! EDIT 2 - J&J Motors phoned, car booked in for service on Thursday 9am. 2nd : 2:10am - Woke up with a bad stomach, and the runs... also thumping headache and back in agony. Feeling very down. 7:40am - Achy from head to toe, stomach seems to have settled though thank goodness and no more runs. I can hear its raining again... making me want to pee. EDIT - Just about got out of bed only took 40mins, sat on my bath board and had a shower with the plug in the bath so my feet had a nice soak - feel totally knackered now though.... that's what Fibromyalgia does to you! 3rd : ...

1st : Went back to sleep after waking at 3:30am, shouldn't have done so, now I have a thumping headache and bad neck and back. Something I forgot..... Oh yes..... Hello August! It may be a new month, but still waiting on closure from my Father's passing, seems to be dragging, just want it all over with, I need to move on now. 2nd : So snug in bed, but must get up, wash load to put on at 10am (hour of free electric), got a slight headache and hip hurting, knee is weak too.... Hope they improve. Feeling a bit sick now I'm up. 10am Update - Think I will go back to bed - Just sneezed, had a digestive biscuit in my mouth, went everywhere, and I hurt my elbow.... A new month is here, but no changes. STILL waiting on DWP and solicitor to get sorted out, STILL waiting on Wendy's house to be sorted and sold. Really fed up, just want to get on with it, been going on too long. 1st : Was having a nice sleep 😞 guess I should get out of bed. Left hip in agony, as well as lower back, neck in pain too, but things to do. On getting out of bed, discovered my left knee was weak again this morning. NOT a good start to the new month. Afternoon Update - Ok, seems this evening I'm "drop things Phil" yogurts, a roll I made for lunch, and just now my phone on the floor 😕 what gives? Here we go, in to June , the year is really flying by! As we start the 6th month of 2026. Should be the start of Summer today, but the weather isn't playing right.  So, June.... the older I get the quicker the months seem to go by, yet how come some days drag? There's something to ponder..., let me know if you feel the same. 1st : Same old aches and pains, thumping headache to go with them. My left hip is playing up big time after missing a stair yesterday. Got dentist today, so guess I should get up. 2nd : Bit of a strange start, little achy, nothing too bad until I was plodding around Tesco at Neath Abby, some reduced items, and a collision with a woman and her trolly, didn't help matters! A new month, how did we get to May already? the year is really flying by! 1st : A bit achy this morning, it's cloudy out and feels a bit muggy too. Have a fab Friday everyone, 1st May already!, good to know some things don't change. 2nd : A bit achy all over, more so my.neck and left shoulder and hip. Bit of a headache but think I slept too heavy last night. Can hear the birds outside, always nice to hear them first thing. Have a super Saturday one and all. 3rd : My left hip is killing, along with my lower back, skin feels tingly and itchy too, it's a Fibromyalgia flare up again. Hate getting these, cause all sorts of other problems pike sensitivity to light (phone brightness is right down low). January and February dragged, March flew by, April...., slow down a little 1st : Slow start to it, don't rush me.  Feel like my heart and my mind and my body has been minced up the past months, think I'm starting to put myself back together. My heads been in the shed. Been a bad day for sure. 2nd ; Im feeling like crap, very low, close to tears, sorry can't do today. Update 1 - can't seem to get today started, just lack energy. Update 2 - So managed to get my.tablets taken, managed to make a cuppa. Went outside and sat with the cat from downstairs - it was an effort to get back up stairs again. Another month, here we go..., just want to start by saying... Happy St. David's Day Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus 1st : I should get up, very achy this morning, I over did pottering about yesterday. 6pm - In agony this evening, pain at level that has stopped me in my tracks, need to get my recycling put out too. 2nd : Hips and lower back in agony this morning... Must get out of bed to get to my pain killers and cbd oil. None left by the side of my bed. 3rd : I should get out of bed, a bit achy, and going out today to somewhere, don't know where or on what roads either. Do want to go somewhere I've not been but that practically rules out lots of places within striking distance of a day out! 4th : But tired, and neck hurts. My thoughts on the USA, ISRAEL & IRAN WAR It's not looking good is it? Price at the pumps going up, gas going up, heating oil going up. Petrol and Diesel going up will affect every other price too from your milk to take aways and parcel deliveries. Iran said that they would stop firing on Arab neighbours - this hasn't happened. Trump says the war has been won, clearly an out and out lie as the #USA and #ISRAEL are still hitting out at #IRAN. 1st : Made it through January, that dragged for sure. Slept in today, well it was Sunday. A little achy, nothing too bad. Was in bed by 8pm, and watched some Rizzoli and Isles on Amazon Prime Video. 2nd : 4:40am - Woken up very itchy, feels awful, want to scrape out the inside of the bones in my arms and left hip ... damn fibro flare up. 7am - I try to get out of bed for a pee and my left knee plays up... damn it. Was in bed early this evening. 3rd : I should get out of bed, but am so snug under the duvet... Feeling a bit achy, hips and shoulders mostly. 4th : Bit of a meh day, feeling a little achy and totally meh. 5th : 6:30am - Feeling down today, just feel like a bed day, but need to get up for my tablets. I aching from head to toe, and feel very itchy, plus irritable. 8:50am - Guess I should try to get the day moving.
